Purpose

These terms govern the use of the soldlyne.com website, published by FAKGROUP. They do not cover the Soldlyne software, which is governed by its license, or the hosted service app.soldlyne.com, by invitation while under construction, which will have its own terms before sign-ups open.

Access to the site

The site is accessible free of charge. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time, in particular for maintenance.

The software

The Soldlyne software is distributed under the AGPL-3.0 license: you may use, study, modify and redistribute it under its terms. If you install it yourself, you are responsible for operating it, and in particular for complying with the GDPR for the data you store in it. Soldlyne gives no legal advice: the blog’s posts are general information, and what your quotes must contain depends on your activity and your country.

Intellectual property

The content of the site (text, visuals, logo) belongs to FAKGROUP, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction that could suggest an official service is prohibited without permission.

Liability

The information on the site is provided for guidance only and may change as the software evolves. Links to third-party sites (GitHub, Vercel…) lead to services whose content we do not control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris. For any question: contact@fakgroup.co.
