Privacy policy

This policy explains how we process personal data on the soldlyne.com website, and what applies if you have received a quote sent with Soldlyne. It does not apply to self-hosted instances of the software, which each user deploys and operates themselves. The hosted service app.soldlyne.com, by invitation while under construction, will have its own terms before sign-ups open.

Audience measurement

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure its traffic and performance in aggregate (page views, country, device type, load time). These tools do not set cookies and are not used to track visitors from one site to another.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser’s local storage and is not transmitted.

Technical logs

Like any host, Vercel, which hosts the site, processes technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.

Contact

The site contains no form that collects personal data. If you email us, we use your message and your contact details to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling the requests we receive, and keep them for no more than three years after our last exchange.

You received a quote sent with Soldlyne

Soldlyne is a tool: the company that sent you the quote uses it to follow its deals, and that company is the controller of your data. Your quote’s link opens with no account. If you answer, your name, the date, your IP address and your browser are recorded with your answer and passed on to that company; opening the link changes nothing.

To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection), write to that company. If you get no response, write to us: contact@fakgroup.co.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to us at contact@fakgroup.co; we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel Inc. is established in the United States. The resulting transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel is certified, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
