Open-source CRM · AGPL-3.0

The CRM that takes over once someone answers.

Companies, people, deals, a pipeline, and quotes your customer accepts online. One install for all your companies, hosted in the EU or on your own servers, and usable from Claude or ChatGPT.

Under construction. Hosted accounts are by invitation for now; self-hosting is open to anyone.

The pipeline board in Soldlyne: one column per stage with made-up deals, each showing its amount and next step.
The real app, on made-up data.
Open source
AGPL-3.0. Read it, run it, change it. The code is on GitHub.
Multi-company
One install, many companies, walled off by the database itself.
EU or yours
The hosted edition runs in Frankfurt. Or put it wherever Node and Postgres run.
From your assistant
An MCP server at /api/mcp, so Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client can run the pipeline.

A deal, line by line

From the first answer to the accepted quote

A CRM earns its place when nothing falls through between two conversations. Here is what happens to a deal in Soldlyne, in the app’s own screens.

  1. 01

    Someone answers

A form on your site posts to Soldlyne, or an email lands in a connected mailbox. The person and their company are there, with the conversation on their timeline.

    • Lead capture with a key per form, and the opt-in recorded when one was given
    • Gmail and Google Calendar read every hour, for people already in Soldlyne
    • Newsletters, notifications and colleagues stay out
A made-up deal in Soldlyne: its stages, next step, quote and a timeline of emails, a call and a meeting.
  2. 02

    You keep it moving

Every deal sits in a stage and should have a next step. The home page says what’s due today, and what has gone quiet.

    • A board for all deals and one per project, with drag and drop
    • Deals stuck for 14 days or with no next step are flagged
    • Saved views, bulk actions and CSV import
Soldlyne’s home page: open deals, pipeline value, what’s due today and deals with no next step, on made-up data.
  3. 03

    You send a quote

From the deal to a quote the customer reads, downloads as a PDF and accepts online with no account. Accepting moves the deal to Won.

    • Lines with a tax rate each, tax worked out per rate
    • Numbers that never skip, per workspace
    • A sent quote can’t be edited, only copied into a new one
The page a customer sees: a made-up quote with its lines, tax per rate, a total under a double rule, and a form to accept it.
  4. 04

    You see what worked

Over a period, for all deals or one project: won, lost, open, weighted value, a stage-to-stage funnel, channels and activity.

    • Who referred which deal, and the commission owed
    • Each record says who or what made it
    • Timelines keep the changes
Soldlyne’s reports on made-up data: deals won and lost, a stage-to-stage funnel and channels.

Soldlyne is an MCP server. Add its address to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client as a remote connector, sign in, and it acts for you in every workspace you belong to. Everything it does is recorded as done by an assistant.

Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http soldlyne \
  https://app.soldlyne.com/api/mcp

Claude and ChatGPT are named here because they support MCP. Soldlyne isn’t affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI.

How to connect it

It can

  • Give the daily brief and search your records
  • Create and move deals
  • Log calls, tasks and notes
  • Write quotes, and send one once you’ve said yes

It can’t

  • Invite, remove or change members
  • Accept a quote for a customer
  • Change your seller details
  • See a customer’s quote link

Many companies, one install

Walled off by the database, not by a filter someone might forget

A workspace is one company. Every business table carries its workspace, with row-level security enabled and forced, so a query can’t reach another workspace’s rows whatever it says. One account can belong to several workspaces and switch between them from the sidebar.

  • Each workspace has its own records, stages, products, mailboxes and lead keys
  • Tests read the schema and fail if a table is missing its policy
  • Owners and admins invite people by address; removal ends access at the next request
The migration, for every business table
ALTER TABLE "Deal" ENABLE ROW LEVEL SECURITY;
ALTER TABLE "Deal" FORCE ROW LEVEL SECURITY;
CREATE POLICY "tenant_isolation" ON "Deal"
  FOR ALL TO soldlyne_app
  USING ("workspaceId" =
    current_setting('app.workspace_id', true));

From cold to sold

Coldlyne prospects. Soldlyne takes over.

Soldlyne never sends prospecting email. That’s the job of Coldlyne, its sister product, with Coldlyne’s safeguards. Today the two run side by side and know nothing of each other. A link between them is coming: a reply with interest becomes a deal, no cold email goes to customers or open deals, and there’s one opt-out list for both.

Guides

From the blog

All posts
What the Model Context Protocol lets an assistant do in your CRM, what to check before you connect one, and why what it can’t do matters as much as what it can.
A CRM is mostly personal data. The practical points for a small company: legal basis, how long to keep records, consent, rights requests and security. General information, not legal advice.
Before you compare feature lists, answer seven questions about who enters the data, how email gets in, where it lives and what it really costs. Then test on real deals.

Questions

Asked before you ask

Is Soldlyne ready to use?

It runs, and the features in the list above are built, but it’s under construction: expect changes, and read the list of what isn’t built yet before you depend on it.

Can I create an account today?

Hosted accounts are by invitation for now: opening your own workspace by signing up isn’t built. Write to us for access, or run your own install, which is open to anyone.

How much does it cost?

Self-hosting costs what your hosting costs: the software is free under AGPL-3.0. For the hosted edition, plans and prices aren’t set.

What does hosted in the EU mean exactly?

The hosted edition’s app runs in Vercel’s Frankfurt region and its database at Neon in Frankfurt; its mail goes through Resend’s Irish region. All three are American companies, so EU hosting says where the data sits, not who runs the servers. If you need more than that, self-host.

Does it send emails to my prospects?

No. Soldlyne’s Google access is read only, and the only mail it sends is its own to members and the link to a quote a member chooses to send. Prospecting is Coldlyne’s job.

Is accepting a quote a legal signature?

It records a customer’s yes: a typed name, a ticked box, the date, the IP address and the browser. It isn’t a qualified electronic signature, and Soldlyne gives no legal advice about what your quotes must contain.

Is the app in French?

Not yet: the app’s screens are in English. Your quotes carry your own text, in your language, but their labels are in English too.

Draw the line under your next deal.

Read the code, run it on your servers, or ask for a hosted workspace.
